What you will Study?

 

UNIT 4001V1 – MANAGERIAL STYLES AND BEHAVIOURS

 

This unit is about the skills of effective and efficient managerial style and behaviour. It will assess how managerial styles and behaviour may be adapted in line with organisational expectations.

 

  • LO1 – Understand assumptions about human nature and managerial behaviour
  • LO2 – Understand how management style can influence managerial behaviour
  • LO3 – Understand the need to apply a range of management styles

 

UNIT 4002V1 – MANAGING STAKEHOLDERS ’ EXPECTATIONS

This unit is about the identification of organisational stakeholders, determining and monitoring their expectations and identifying opportunities to enhance stakeholder provision.

 

  • LO1 – Understand and know organisational stakeholders
  • LO2 – Understand primary and secondary stakeholder expectations
  • LO3 – Be able to develop provisions offered to primary and secondary organisational stakeholders

Course Materials

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicant must be 18 years and above.
  • Completed 10 years of education OR four GCSE passes at grades A* – C /SPM with minimum 3 credits or equivalent
  • English Proficiency of IELTS 4.5 or equivalent. (Applicable to international students whose last 3 years of prior education was not delivered in English)
  • Appropriately experienced applicants who do not fully meet the minimum academic requirement will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Working adults in the related field with minimum 2 years’ experience.

  • 1st Payment: RM 2000 (to be paid on 1st month)
  • 2nd Payment: RM 2000 (to be paid on 2nd month)
